Early Enrollment Bonus: January 7-20, 2026: Executive Assistants who join during this period will receive an exclusive complimentary invitation to the national webinar: "The 2026 Roadmap for Admins" with Rhonda Scharf, International Expert in Administrative Excellence (January 21, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. EST).
- Complete the on-line registration form.
- Select your membership category.
- Submit payment online by credit card or send a cheque/direct deposit to the CAMEA National Office.

CAMEA welcomes individuals working in executive, administrative, or legislative support roles in Canadian local government, including:

- Other professionals in related municipal support roles

Membership Categories & Rates
CAMEA offers four membership categories with simple, flat-rate annual fees. Rates are based on your municipality’s affiliation with CAMA – not its population size.
Membership Term: April 1 to March 31
Early Join Bonus: Join between January and March and get up to three months free.
Note: Payment is required at the time of joining.

| CAMA Member Municipality | Your municipality employs a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) or senior leader (e.g. Deputy CAO, Commissioner, Director) who is a current member of the Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators (CAMA). | $250.00 |
| Non-Member Municipality | If your leadership team does not include a CAMA member – no problem! You are still welcome to join CAMEA at this rate and will receive full access to all programs and benefits. | $400.00 |
| Associate Member | Open to individuals or organizations who support CAMEA’s mission but are not currently employed in a municipal administrative role. This includes:
Not-for-profit / Government / Academic For-profit / Consultant | $400.00 $600.00 |
| Retired Member | Available to individuals who previously worked in an executive, administrative, or legislative support role in Canadian local government and are now fully retired from municipal service. | $100.00 |
