Small circles. Big impact. Meaningful Connection
The Leadership Link brings together small, focused peer groups of Executive Assistants and administrative professionals in local government. These virtual circles meet regularly to share best practices, explore challenges, and support each other’s professional growth. Each session offers a safe, confidential space to build relationships, exchange ideas, and strengthen your leadership presence within your organization.
💬 Sometimes you just need people who “get it.”
How Does The Leadership Link Work?
- Offered twice annually—February to May and September to December—these facilitated sessions help you stay connected, grow your confidence, and tap into the collective wisdom of peers who understand the unique demands of your role. For 2026, the program will launch in September (instead of February) as CAMEA establishes its inaugural membership year.
- Time Commitment: One 90-minute facilitated session each month over a four-month period. Sessions are scheduled on a consistent day and time—for example, the second Tuesday of each month at 12:00 noon EST—with consideration for all Canadian time zones.
- Cost to Attend: Participation is free for CAMEA members. Membership and registration are required.
- Group Size: Each peer circle is limited to 20 participants to ensure focused and engaging dialogue.
- Topics: Session topics are selected by group consensus, ensuring relevant and valuable discussions based on real-time needs.
Whether you're facing a challenge, looking for new ideas, or want to connect with others who work behind the scenes – The Leadership Link is your professional sounding board.
